Returns 

• When you purchase goods online, you have a statutory right to return those goods unopened up to 14 days after receiving your order. 

• You must email us at info@assistedphonesolutions.ie telling us that you wish to return your order. We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery costs.

• Goods returned are at your own cost, unless it is wrong item delivered or the unit is faulty.

• If the wrong item has been delivered, we will collect and deliver the correct item.

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and if there is an issue please contact us at info@assistedphonesolutions.ie to help rectify the issue.
